Please consider our members who are in need of assistance by keeping them in our thoughts and prayers and how even donating some of your AL will make a difference for our fellow members.  Many of you end up with "use or lose" leave at the end of the year, the best thing you can do is donate it to union members rather than lose it which lets the VA pocket the money they would have paid you. An injury or major illness can put you off the job for months. When your leave runs out, there's no more paycheck.
